anti-allergenic bedding

An allergy is an exaggerated reaction of the body against one or more substances. The substances that provoke allergic reactions are called allergens.
The most common allergens are the excrements of the house dust mite, a tiny parasite that thrives in warm and humid surroundings. Many mattresses therefore are a breeding ground for dust mites.

One of the main advantages of the 4D-Comfort mattress is the fact that it is very hygienic. Unlike a conventional mattress, which can't be put in a washing machine to be cleaned, a 4D-Comfort mattress can be cleaned 100%. No water or dirt can penetrate and the mattress' surface can be cleaned perfectly with the right products.

The removable anti-allergy mattress cover absorbs perspiration during the night and lets it evaporate during the day, because of the heat produced from the water container.
The cover is machine washable. The type of cover will determine whether it can be washed in a normal washing machine and at what temperature. Because the cover is washable, it can be free from house dust mites. These minute parasites are the main cause of allergies in the bedroom.

A house dust mite is a nasty bugger.

Hardly visible with the naked eye, the dust mite is a tiny spider-like creature. It resides among the dust in our homes. It feeds on skin rests of people and animals and loves moisture. The house dust mite can be found in moist areas like textile carpets, mouldy walls, mattresses, furry animals, upholstered furniture fabrics. Allergic reactions and asthma chronic bronchitis and  lung emphysema worsen in buildings that are infested with house dust mites. House dust mites are very common in badly ventilated buildings, that are very moist and hard to clean or not sufficiently cleaned. The same thing goes for mould. The presence of pets will also increase the chances of house dust mite.

What can you do?
