What is the weight of a water bed?
The difference in weight of a 4D comfort water bed and any other water bed isn't worth mentioning.
The weight of a water bed is mostly determined by the amount of water it contains, which is
dependent on the type and size of the bed.
Light weight water mattresses like the Meander® of course are the lightest because they contain far less much water. A real water bed will weigh 180kg/m² at the most. The weight will be even less depending on the width and shape of the foamrails. The weight of a water bed per square meter in fact, is less than a full bookshelf or refrigerator. |
