Sleeping on 4D comfort waterbeds |
What type of water is used in a waterbed? A watermattress can be filled with regular clean
water.
Bacteria should be avoided, that is why it is important to use a clean hose to fill your waterbed. Basically you can just use plain tapwater and add the conditioner when installing your mattress to preserve the quality of the water. It is also important that you keep adding this conditioner regularly to avoid bacteria and algae growth. This isn't just important to guarantee the durability of your mattress, but also to maintain the lying comfort. In certain circumstances bacteria and algae growth can produce odours which might not give you a very enjoyable sleep. In such case you should air your bed properly several times, and adding more conditioner is recommended as well. The dealer or sales person cannot be held responsible for the quality of the water. It is very important not to mix different brands of conditioners in one watercontainer. |
