Can you firm up the waterbed by adding more water? Generally: no. This trick
only works for tube-water mattresses. Each waterbed has an ideal water volume, which can be
determined by the mattress height, the shape of the mattress and the weight of its users. How
firm a waterbed feels, generally depends on the used stabilisation and the possible extra lumbar
support in the water mattress. Most brands offer a range of stabilisation levels from which
you can make your own choice. |
